We are pleased to share a number of important updates to our policies, reflecting our commitment to continuous improvement, transparency and supporting learners and centres.
Enquiry about Results and Appeals Policy
A key update is the introduction of a revised Enquiries about Results and Appeals Policy, which replaces the previously separated policies. These have now been combined into a single, streamlined process, making it simpler and more accessible to use.
The policy sets out a clear two-stage process that learners and centres can follow. Stage 1 allows for an enquiry about results (where applicable), while stage 2 provides the opportunity for a formal appeal to an independent panel. This updated approach is designed to improve clarity, consistency and ease of use, ensuring all applications remain handled fairly.
As part of this update, the application form has been separated from the policy itself and is now available as a standalone word document on our website here.
This change has been made to improve accessibility and user experience, making it easier for centres to complete and submit applications. Please also note that the email address for submitting enquiries about results and appeals has been updated to [email protected].
Safeguarding, Prevent and Equality Policies
We have also reviewed and updated our Safeguarding, Prevent and Equality Policies. Previously combined, these have now been separated into two distinct policies: a Safeguarding and Prevent Policy, and an Equality Policy. This change provides greater clarity regarding our commitments and responsibilities in each area.
The email address for reporting safeguarding concerns has also been updated to [email protected].
