Head of Operations
This newly created role brings together operational delivery and quality assurance activities across the organisation, creating stronger teams, more efficient processes and greater organisational capability.

Head of Product Development
The Head of Product Development will lead the product development function across regulated qualifications, apprenticeship assessment, industry-recognised products and the utilities sector’s register of skills and training.
