Skills England is holding meetings with employers and other stakeholders to agree the revised Apprenticeship Assessment Plan (AAP) for each of these standards. In some cases, existing standards are being replaced by new standards, each of which will have its own AAP.
The next step is for Skills England to conduct a short public survey on its website.
Following the survey, Skills England will finalise and publish the AAP on the Apprenticeship Finder website. It is expected that there will be a six-month transition period from the date of publication before the new AAP goes live and no further starts are permitted on the previous end-point assessment from the date the new AAP is published.
We will continue to monitor the progress of our standards through the Skills England revisions process and provide updates in future editions of the Energy & Environment Awards Newsletter.
