ACE360 and Service Delivery Update

Most of our customers have now linked with us on the ACE360 platform with an ever-increasing number of apprentices registering with us.

For those customers that have not yet signed up, the process is quick and easy. Just sign up with ACE360 for a free account then send a ‘link request’ to EUIAS. You can find more details here or give us a call.

There is no cost for using ACE360 for end-point assessments through EUIAS – we’re covering the cost for you.

The personal service our Service Delivery team provide is an important part of our EPA service. Every customer is allocated their own named Service Delivery Coordinator who will be available on the end of a phone or email to support through every aspect of end-point assessment.

Register early! To get the most out of our customer service please register your apprentices on ACE360 as soon as you have confirmed them on their training programme. For any apprentices that do not progress to Gateway for end-point assessment, you will automatically be refunded their registration fee. By registering early your Service Delivery Coordinator will be available to discuss arrangements for making end-point assessment easier, such as:

  • submitting English and maths pre-requisites
  • applying for any reasonable adjustments
  • scheduling ‘keep-in touch’ calls
