Service Delivery Co-ordinator (Maternity Cover)

The Service Delivery Co-ordinator ensures the successful delivery of an outstanding end point assessment customer experience.

Customer focused, you will schedule all assessment activities across each stage of the assessment journey, consulting with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including employers, training providers and assessors. You will also play a key role in
the delivery of our qualification activities by completing the registration process for approved centres and processing learners’ qualification results and certificates.

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid/Solihull (a minimum of 2 days based in the office per week)

Qualifications Development Lead

Working across the product lifecycle, the Qualifications Development Lead supports the Product Manager in the development, review and continuous improvement of our schemes and programmes to meet the needs of a sector that will play a key role in the delivery of the UK’s net zero targets. The Qualifications Development Lead will ensure all product milestones and deadlines are met through proactive project management of developments, including the recruitment and management of third-party Associates involved in the development process.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in product management within an awarding or similar professional body, developing regulated and/or non-regulated training or qualifications and managing a product portfolio across a full product lifecycle.

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid/Solihull (a minimum of 2 days based in the office per week)

Assessment Manager

Reporting to the Senior Assessment Manager, you will be responsible for the design, development, and review of a suite of vocational qualifications, including apprenticeship end-point assessments and other regulated qualifications. Working alongside a team of experienced assessment developers and technical experts to meet delivery milestones, you’ll ensure assessments are reliable, consistent and complaint with regulatory and apprenticeship requirements.  To be successful in this role, you’ll have proven experience of developing vocational qualifications and assessments within an Ofqual-recognised awarding organisation. You will also have proven experience of working with technical experts, working to deadlines and quality assuring written work. Location: Home based with regular UK travel.

Corporate Communications Executive

The Corporate Communications Executive will play a key role in managing the delivery of corporate communications for the Energy & Utility Skills Group. The role will be responsible for programme planning and coordination for corporate communications and public affairs.

This role supports the Head of Corporate Communications in delivering internal and external communications while enhancing consistency, reach, and impact. It also leads support for the Skills and Learning Policy Forum and the Communications and Promotion Group.

Research and Insights Officer

The Research and Insights Officer will play a key role in developing the Energy & Utility Skills Group’s research and data insight capability.

Working alongside the Workforce Planning Consultant, this role will lead on the development, analysis, and presentation of internal primary data sources (including the Energy & Utility Skills Register (EUSR) and Energy & Utility Careers & Jobs (EUCJ), in addition to harnessing secondary and tertiary public sources.

The role will support evidence-based decision-making, shape workforce strategy across the sector and the four nations, and ensure the Group is positioned to deliver high-quality insight in support of the 2025-30 Skills Strategy.
