What we do

Energy & Environment Awards is the awarding organisation for the energy and utilities sector, dedicated to supporting employers in addressing the growing demand for safety-critical, technical and sustainable workforce skills.

End-Point Assessments

We provide high-quality End-Point Assessments (EPA) for apprentices across the energy and utilities sector, including full coverage of all power, water and upstream gas industries apprenticeships.

To support successful outcomes we offer a range of free resources, created by our technical experts, designed to help you effectively prepare apprentices for their assessments. This alongside a personal customer experience approach supports both employers and training providers in ensuring apprentices are fully prepared, confidently assessed, and ready to contribute to the sector’s workforce.

Qualifications

We develop regulated qualifications tailored to the unique demands of the energy and utilities industries.

Every qualification is created in close collaboration with employers and training providers to ensure it reflects current and future industry needs.

Each qualification is supported with additional resources to enhance the learning experience for both new entrants and experienced professionals.

Personal Customer Experience

Every customer works with a named contact to provide support throughout your journey with us. Our Service Delivery team will set up onboarding meetings to discuss your requirements and to understand your business. After each cohort has finished their apprenticeship, we will set up a ‘Learning from Experience’ meeting to ensure you are heard and we are always improving.

Our technical experts ensure our qualifications, assessments, and support materials remain relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with the evolving needs of the sector.
